The Locker Room wants to keep you in the game. When an injury occurs, accurate assessment is crucial. Our team will determine the injury and establish a specialized treatment plan designed to return you to pre-injury performance as quickly as possible. Proper early rehabilitation is essential for a swift recovery from an injury.
Our Certified Athletic Therapists, Physiotherapists and Registered Massage Therapists provide manual therapy combined with traditional modalities and exercise to restore function and educate individuals on their injuries. We want to improve performance, productivity, and quality of life for each client not only on the playing field, but also, at work and home.
TLR focuses on an efficient transition from rehabilitation to peak athletic performance, and focuses on educating clients to avoid re-injury. Our team works with you to develop an individualized exercise and conditioning program to keep you playing at the top of your game. Pro to high school athletes, weekend warriors, and personal injuries unrelated to sports will benefit from our services.
TLR 2018 Off Season Hockey Training
As another hockey season comes to a close, we turn our focus to getting ready for the 2018-19 season. TLR is excited for another off season of helping Pro Hockey players get ready for their next season, Junior hockey players striving to make it to the next level, and minor hockey players who are trying to get an advantage on their competition.
This year we are excited to add Intro to Off Season, which will focus on hockey specific exercises for ages 9-12. Once a week players will be given a 45 minute workout that will improve their cardio, strength, power, and agility. Workouts will be Mondays at 5:30 pm starting May 28th for 5 weeks and July 9th for 5 weeks.

16 Week Elite Training Package (16+ years of age, Junior-Pro)
- 60 off-ice sessions from April 30th to August 17th
- 3-4 x/week

12 Week Elite Training Package (16+ years of age, Junior-Pro)
- 48 off-ice sessions within April 30th to August 17th
- 3-4 x/week
- $1600 +HST if paid in full prior to start of program

8 Week Development Training Package (13-15 years of age, Minor Hockey)
- 32 off-ice sessions within April 30th to August 17th
- 2 x/week
